The short version
Botswana’s data protection law applies to us the way it applies to our clients.
Where it lives, and for how long
In our own database, on infrastructure we control, encrypted in transit. We keep it until OneView is generally available and for twelve months after, or until you ask us to delete it.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set cookies to follow you. The site loads its typeface from Fontshare, so your browser asks that service for the font file.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion — any of which takes one email and no form. Deleting it also takes you off the list, and we confirm when it is done.
If we have got something wrong, raise it with us first; you also have the right to complain to Botswana’s data protection authority.
